Dizin Among World's Unique Ski Slopes

TEHRAN Head of the Asian Ski Federation Sung Won Lee said Dizin Ski Slope, in northern Tehran province, is among world's most unique slopes and suitable to host international ski competitions. Speaking on the final day of the Alpine ski competition for Asian children and youth at Dizin ski slope, the federation official expressed satisfaction over Iran hosting the 9th international Alpine competitions.
He said that the Asian contests provided a good opportunity for the federation to become further acquainted with Dizin's potentials. According to IRNA Lee said that Dizin is a large slope with the potential to become one of the world's most equipped ski resorts for hosting international contests. The South Korean head of the Asian Ski Federation further hailed Iran's championship in the competitions as a great achievement for the Islamic Republic.
